Welcome to Rumney Village Store-"The Country Store With More"                             we are now home to the "Bird Dog Cafe"

​We have curated a small market of some locally made items, local artwork, seasonal items, groceries and sundry items. We have a full service Deli and Cafe complete with a smoke house that we (George) turns out some mighty fine Brisket, Turkey and other smoked meats. We offer a complete sandwich menu, a Friday and Saturday evening menu, as well as breakfast sandwiches, pastries, baked items and last but not least Ice Cream ( we are proud to now be serving Jordan's Ice Cream - made in Belmont NH) served during the summer only!

CHARLIE -The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a variety of supplies from local goods, toiletries, and drinks. We grabbed sliced deli meat and tried the Italian sub. I’d fully recommend grabbing a sandwich here and sitting down to talk to the locals.

EMILY-Had the fish and chips after a long day of climbing, totally hit the spot. The homemade corn bread was to die for. Cole slaw was excellent too. Seemed like the tartar sauce might've been homemade too? Not sure. But this place is so worth the visit. If you are climbing at Rumney, come here for snacks or breakfast or dinner or beer... and support a truly local business
